JBS flexible guide bush systems
The JBS flexible guide bush system for double cone collets and draw collets was developed to guide and/or clamp material bars with varying outer diameter in rotating as well as stationary condition in an automatic lathe. During machining, the guiding collets adapt to the material to be processed without play and in a plane-parallel manner.

The choice of the right collet depends on the material to be processed and its outer diameter. The JBS guide collets are suitable for all materials: from plastics to high-alloyed chrome steels in the design from ground to rolled material according to DIN 1013. The guide collet runs synchronously to the jackscrew and adapts to the material to be processed during processing without play and plane-parallel. A quick collet change is possible, which takes no more than 2-3 minutes. The previously time-consuming and complicated adjustment of the collet is no longer necessary.
Most of the collets we have in stock can be shipped within one day. If we produce a customized collet for you, you should receive your order within 7-10 days. On request and for an extra fee, we can also ship by overnight or express.
You will receive your new JBS guide bush system within 8-10 weeks depending on the type. For special designs the delivery time is longer, this depends on the complexity of the new design and the production time.
